CANCELLATION POLICY

Wildflower Studio Cancellation Policy: I understand that life happens! To ensure flexibility while respecting both your time and mine, please review the following policy: •Deposits are non-refundable •48-Hour Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations within this window are eligible for rescheduling with no charge. If not completed within 48 hours, 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to your card. •No-Show Policy: If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. •15 minute window for appointment, if you’re later than 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to pay another deposit to schedule another appointment.
